Dedicated to Veterinary Excellence
The mission of Animal Neurology & MRI Center, Animal ER Center, and Animal Rehab and Fitness Center has always been to provide top-quality, compassionate care in a state-of-the-art facility for pets from all over the Midwest and Canada. Our doctors and support staff are passionate about the well-being of pets, and we believe it is this love and passion that sets us apart from the other practices. Since our inception in 2002, we’ve had a strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations and to raise the bar as a veterinary practice. This is what led us to seek accreditation with the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).
What Is AAHA?
Established in 1933, AAHA is the accrediting organization for companion animal hospitals in the U.S. and Canada, but earning accreditation is no simple task. To be accredited by AAHA, a practice must be evaluated on approximately 900 benchmarks of veterinary excellence. These benchmarks were designed as a way of veterinary practices who wanted to hold themselves to a higher standard. Our practice went through a rigorous evaluation of these standards which are directly connected with the care that we prove to your pet, and we earned the honor of accreditation in 2008.
Why Is AAHA Accreditation Important?
Our AAHA certification demonstrates our desire and ability to provide an exceptional level of veterinary care for your companion and of customer service for you. It also demonstrates our commitment to always be at the forefront of veterinary technology and medicine. Standards set by AAHA are widely recognized, and veterinary hospitals that are accredited are prominently different in methods and reputation than those that aren’t. We are proud to be one of the less than 20% of veterinary practices to have earned this recognition. Our staff is continually focusing on the improvement of our practice so that we can better serve you and your pet.
