A Reception Lounge Just for You
You won’t find a traditional waiting room here. Our reception area is more like a calming lounge, created with you in mind. Many of our clients travel from out of town and stay for several hours while their pets undergo procedures under anesthesia. That’s why we’ve made this space a place where you can truly relax—with high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable workstations, a full coffee and tea bar, snacks, soothing music, and hotel-quality aromatherapy. And our fish tank? It’s more than beautiful—it’s therapeutic.
Exam Rooms Where Pets Feel at Home
We believe that great care starts with a calm, happy pet. That’s why our exam rooms are spacious, soft, and completely pet-centered. There are no intimidating exam tables or harsh surfaces. Instead, your pet will find orthopedic beds from Big Barker, fun toys from Jolly Pets, and slip-resistant rubber floors for comfort and safety. Our rooms feel more like playrooms than clinical spaces—because they should. For especially nervous pets or sensitive conversations, we also offer an outdoor exam area designed for privacy and peace.

Our surgical suites feature positive- pressure airflow, oxygen, suction, and nitrogen systems—designed for neurosurgery but equipped for a range of procedures. A state-of-the-art Storz exoscope enhances surgical precision and real-time teaching.
Just steps from surgery, our imaging center offers MRI, CT, X-ray, and electrodiagnostics, connected by a specialized gait hallway for seamless care and faster diagnoses.
Throughout the facility—including our isolation ward—cameras provide continuous monitoring for safety, oversight, and peace of mind.
