At the Animal Neurology Center, we value Pride in Our Place—not just as a hospital, but as part of a remarkable veterinary community here in St. Louis. Our monthly continuing education events are designed to be more than neurology lectures. We host educational programs across a wide range of specialties, along with conversations that extend beyond medicine, including discussions about the state of the profession, personal growth, and professional development. These gatherings are also about connection. Veterinary professionals are invited to come together not only to learn, but to build relationships through trivia nights and other social events. Our profession is more than a career—it’s a shared identity and a community bound by a common purpose. Most of our programs are RACE-approved, helping attendees meet licensure requirements while strengthening the bonds within our profession. Join us at the Animal Neurology Center as we celebrate St. Louis veterinary medicine

These events are designed to cultivate that spirit — bringing us together to learn, connect, and elevate patient care across our entire community.

Vet-to-Vet Program
Our Vet-to-Vet Program reflects a simple belief: veterinary medicine is better when we practice together. If you are a veterinary professional with a client or patient you’re particularly invested in, your relationship does not pause at referral. Instead, we invite you to join your client at the Animal Neurology Center for the consultation.
Together we perform the neurologic examination, and you are welcome to stay involved throughout the diagnostic process—reviewing labs, performing MRI and other advanced testing, and participating in the discussion that leads to the therapeutic plan. In cases requiring surgery, referring veterinarians are invited into the OR as the primary assistant. You’re also welcome to stay for the day and experience the variety of pets that are treated at the ANC.
The result is a level of continuity, client connection, and clinical insight that is rarely possible in referral medicine. We take tremendous satisfaction in practicing alongside our primary care colleagues and strengthening the relationships that make our profession so special.
